We have RDA bot, where we manage user assignments and access through Robot manager. We encountered below issue for bulk modification and deletion.
Unable to Move existing users from one department to another and delete users through import option.
Kindly, let us know if there is any other alternate option to do the above operations.
@MaheshwarA There is no way from Robot Manager to bulk delete users that I am aware of. Below is a link to the most current documentation for Robot Manager. I am confident that 8.4.2 would not have capabilities that the current version lacks in this area.
