Regarding CSSA

I have written my CSSA examination on 24th January 2023. but my certificate isn’t updated in my profile yet.

Can you please look into the issue and help me in this regard.

Hi, please ensure that User/Email ID that you have used in Pega account.

if not, you can contact customer service of Pearson VUE.

because i had faced this issue. when i completed my CSA.

Please refer this link and All Pega Certifications FAQs it would be helpful.

Although updating will take some time, Make sure that the primary email id on your Pega account and your Pearson VUE account are identical.

I see the Pega CSSA certification displayed on your Pega profile: Profile | Pega Accounts

Perhaps you may need to toggle your login to Pega. Try logging out, clear your browser cache, then log back in to Pega.
