Dear Pega Acadamy,
At first, I was working in the Academy with Socrates, but that didn’t work well either, because it took on a life of its own and I often had to redo things. Now I see that it has been reverted back to the old Academy environment, but a lot of content has not been saved. I don’t mind starting over, but even that is not being saved. This makes learning in the Academy very confusing. Could this be looked into?

This issue may be caused by a progress synchronization problem after the Pega Academy environment change. Please raise a support request with the Pega Academy team to investigate your account. Include your registered email address, course name, and details of the lessons or challenges that are not being saved. Mention that the issue started during the transition between Socrates and the previous Academy environment. Attach screenshots showing that completed lessons appear incomplete when you log in again. Ask the support team to verify whether your learning progress is correctly linked to your account. They should also check whether your previous progress can be recovered and whether new progress is being recorded. Once the issue is resolved, complete one lesson and log in again to confirm that your progress is saved correctly
