Currently I am experiencing problems with the challenges. For some reason after I finish them, they are not updating or refreshing in My Completed Training as they were before. I am stuck in the Approving work challenge. In the next challenge (Sending emails during case processing) again I performed all the instructions without obtaining a Challenge Complete message.
@OrlandoR8799 Hi Orlando, I co-browsed onto your Pega Academy session. I see lots of completions, including the Approving work challenge - completed on 4 October 2022.
I suspect this is a stale cache issue; some browsers do not refresh cache as well as they should. Log out of Pega Academy, then clear the browser cache. Then, log back in to Pega Academy and navigate to My Dashboard > My Completed Training.
