We recently hosted the Predictable AI in Practice webinar, where Ricardo Cachucho and I shared how we’re approaching agentic AI in real delivery environments with a clear focus on what’s practical, governable, and ready for production.
In the session, we discussed how we’re thinking about predictable AI beyond experimentation, and what it takes to design systems that enterprises can trust and scale. A big part of that conversation was understanding where different agentic patterns make sense, and how teams are combining GenAI, decisioning, and workflow to keep agents effective without losing control.
A recurring theme for us was the importance of anchoring agents in well-defined processes. Workflows remain the source of truth, while agents enhance specific steps - researching information, summarizing content, or interacting conversationally.

The Agentic 6 Rs help teams pinpoint where agents add value inside a process, from receiving and routing work, to researching information, responding contextually, and resolving work with auditability. In practice, many organizations are beginning with receiving and research as low risk, high impact entry points that reduce effort quickly while keeping people firmly in the loop.
