Plans for Outlook Add-in to work with the new Outlook for Windows?

Outlook COM add-ins are not supported in the new Outlook for Windows.

For our users that are starting to use this new version, is there a solution in place or is it on the roadmap?

Could not find anything addressing this in prior forums/documentation.

From Browsers and webview controls used by Office Add-ins - Office Add-ins | Microsoft Learn, it seems Outlook 2016 Volume-licensed version uses IE11

Pega Infinity 23 does not support IE11

It may be because of this reason, the add in is not loading in your Outlook.
