We are trying to install the outlook add-on on our environment. In the webbrowser edge it is working but with the outlook app we get this error message:
AADSTS750054: SAMLRequest or SAMLResponse must be present as query string parameters in HTTP request for SAML Redirect binding.
We don’t know how to resolve it.
Also we think that the settings in here (see attachment) for the service provider aren’t the right one because we got a 500 error. But in our enterprise application there is the same URL.
Also the calendar is not working. Please can you help us out.
I know why it doesn’t work because we are using Outlook 365 and then the outlook add-on is only working in the webbrowser:

So I’m wondering if this is on the roadmap of Pega?

@PuckRas The Outlook Add-In IS supported with the Outlook Client, you do not have to use web-based email. Apologies for the way the documentation is worded as it is confusing. If it is not working after following the implementation guide steps please log an incident. @Mahesh @gundd

I only see your post now. Thank you for responding. I will log an incident in the portal because it isn’t working in the Outlook Client. See error message attached. Then there is a blank Pegasystem in Outlook also see attachment. Where can I add an incident?
