The client wants to upgrade the Pega Platform version from 8.7.2 to 24.2.2. They are currently using the WAR file deployment model in their existing environments. The deployment is VM-based, running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Could you please confirm the process to perform this upgrade?
@gudir1 Yes it seems that this upgrade is going to be supported.
From the Platform Support Guide for Infinity 24.2: Apache Tomcat 9.x is supported for WAR installations only (using Java 17)
