Can you confirm if we can install Pega 24.2 on a VM OnPrem? We read the link below and it shows under “Purpose” that 24.2 does support VM OnPrem showing “on-premises, now called Virtual machine deployments”. However, under Notes it shows “The Virtual Machine deployments are now deprecated.”

Pega Platform '24.2 is the last release that supports deploying Pega software on virtual machines. Starting in Pega Platform '25, Pega will only provide Pega Platform as a Docker image that you must deploy in a containerized environment.
