Hello, I am trying to interrogate a web application in RPA studio version R25. Interrogation windows appears but the bullseye is not highlighting or creating any controls. Chrome extension is enabled.
Use one fix: completely reinstall the Pega Browser Extension from the latest Robot Studio R25 build, not just by toggling the Chrome extension. Pega says the extension must be registered with the messaging host during Studio installation, and that is what allows interrogation to work correctly. They also recommend updating to Pega Browser Extension 3.1.43 or later, and Robot Studio 25.1.12 for R25 environments. After reinstalling, close all Chrome windows and make sure no Chrome or OpenSpan.Translators.Web.MessagingHost.exe process is still running, then start interrogation again. This usually restores the bullseye highlight and lets controls get created normally.
