After clicking start interrogation with “https://training.openspan.com” which is provided by pega when I drag the bull’s eye to any field on the form no control is generated. I have enabled the extension for RPA.

In my case, I found interrogation is only working on EDGE. I could not get it worked in either Chrome or Firefox.
You can try to reinstall the browser plugin in Chrome by following instructions in article: Pegasystems Documentation

@Nirmalya.SenSharma When I try to interrogate with Facebook login page then works successfuly. But for this application it does not work.
@ShubhrajitS Please try the following and let me know the results;
- Restart your computer (this will ensure no Chrome or Edge or other Pega robotics processes are running).
- Once you log back in, start Task Manager and switch to the Details tab.
- Ensure that no Chrome processes are running. If they are, end them.
- Make sure that “OpenSpan.Translators.Web.MessagingHost.exe” is not running.
- Launch Chrome and report back if you see “OpenSpan.Translators.Web.MessagingHost.exe” get started with Chrome and close when you close Chrome.

I’ve followed the same steps and steps 4 & 5 are also as expected. But Targets are not highlighted, and so controls are also not generated.
Chrome Build : Version 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (64-bit)
