Hi, I am using Pega RPA ver. 22 and we have recently upgraded a web application. Before upgrade, we were able to interrogate the object, but after upgrade, we can no longer interrogate it. Please see the attached screenshot.
Note : We can no longer interrogate the text in blue box.
@LizetteLAre you running the website in Compatibility-mode within Edge? Are you launching it using Internet Explorer? The frame icon looks like the Internet Explorer one is why I ask. You shouldn’t need to enable anything to interrogate in compatibility mode for Edge. I am not sure why Internet Explorer would not be working. I would suggest opening a support request so we can get a hands-on look. If this was working in 19 and is running the same way in the browser, I believe it should still work in 22 the same way.
One thing you can try is to look at the Web Controls tab. See if maybe the control is just inaccessible to the bullseye, but it still may be visible to Pega Robotics and need to be added from that tab.
If you do open a support request, please include the INC in the post so that we can provide any resolution to the post.
@LizetteL Interesting. The icon I can see if a frame control, but it appears that you cannot interrogate beneath it. Are you able to see anything on the web controls tab? Is the website running in Compatibility mode (or whatever Chrome calls it where the page loads in Internet Explorer)?
When you open the support request, they will give you an incident number. It will be something like INC-1234546.
@ThomasSasnett The only control is gsft_main. When I am trying to use test method, there’s nothing to see other than gsft_main (please see the previous screenshot). No, it is not running in compatibility mode.
I will let you know the incident number. Thank you.
