Pega Robot Studio 22.1 got terminated when launched

We recently installed the Pega Robot Studio in a local desktop but upon launching the studio, there is an error encountered. Please refer below.

Pega Robot Studio - Fatal Error

Failed to load plugin. Pega Robot Studio will terminate.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

We already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times, but same error is encountered.

@LizetteL I suspect you are either missing or have some corrupted files. Try renaming your %AppData%\Pegasystems directory. Once renamed, you can launch Studio again and see if that changes the behavior. What is the full version of Pega Robot Studio that you are using?
