Chrome Extension Issue with Robotics studio 22.1

Hello Team,

When I installed Pega Robot studio latest version 22.1.4 browser extension is installed automatically . But when I checked it in Google chrome or in Edge it got disabled and I was unable to enable it. Please let me know how can I enable it.

@gopichandm Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Pegasystems\Pega Browser Extension\BrowserExtensions\Chrome then drag the crx file to the Chrome extension.

Implemented the same C:\Program Files (x86)\Pegasystems\Pega Browser Extension\BrowserExtensions\Chrome then drag the crx file to the Chrome extension. But still facing the issue .

Hi Gopi,

The Process of adding the Chrome extension suggested by Lizettel is precise one. Did you try closing the Chrome application from Task Manager too and re-opened the studio whether it’s supporting or not?

Since you’re saying it did not work yet, it’s advisable to contact Pega GCS with an INC.

@gopichandm Check whether your organization have any security layer (usually most of organization will have restriction when you try to install/enable chrome extensions)

You can install extension but you cannot enable due to admin access/privilege
