Whenever I start the interrogation for the Universal Web Application (Chrome) the start page loads but no interrogation panel will pop us and I eventually receive a failed to contact messaging host error after 20 seconds. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the browser extension in my program files, and have checked to make sure it is there. I have added a picture of the error message and I have checked through Google Chrome settings that the browser is installed.
Resolved issue by uninstalling Pega Robot Studio and reinstalling it as a whole. This did not work when simply trying to uninstall and reinstall Chrome extension, it had to be the entire software.
@HannahD95 During the install, the extension is registered with the messaging host. You can do this after installation if you elected to not install the extension during the installation of runtime or Studio by running a command. You cannot install the extension on its own as it must be registered with messaging host to properly function.
