Hello, we are planning to use the Pega Process Extender for Salesforce, but our org currently has English + French users? Does the package support other languages besides English? For example, if the user in Pega is french, will the LWC also show the column headers and other info as French, when viewing from within Salesforce (assuming the user’s language in Salesforce is also French)?
Unfortunately I am unable to find the product owner listed for this on our Marketplace offering summary.
The documentation does not cover localization.
@JeffreyK16631201The Pega Process Extender for Salesforce integrates Pega workflows into Salesforce, but its documentation does not clearly state if it supports languages other than English, such as French. If a user in Salesforce or Pega has their language set to French, it’s unclear whether the Lightning Web Components (LWC) will display headers and other details in French. To confirm language support and ensure the extender works for French users, you should contact Pega support or your Pega representative
As of now, Process Extender only supports English. Support for other languages is planned this year but no specific date yet, probably the second half of this year.
