so does pega layout/interface have multi language , can i make apps that it layout is arabic for example rtl, can people send arabic text through pega rtl ? and if anyone send an arabic text through english app for example what will happend ?
Yes Pega support multi languages . We have concepts called localization which helps to get the screen in the respected language based on user locale .By using field values we can create the texts accordingly

and if you are using the Pega Operator to open the case giving the feedback then it will directly pick the field value of respcted Locale for his operator .For Arabic you have make the field value in _ ar ruleset and operator locale should be arabic locale
