I have users reporting a bug that I can not resolve. Hopefully someone out here has a solution for my problem.
The Steps:
User logs in as an access role with a customized portal. When the user opens a case from a report or worklist/workqueue the case opens and functions normal. But when a user hits the close button to close out of the case, the display goes back to a default worklist and not back to the report or worklist/workqueue where the case originally started from. The only fix i have seen is to change the access groups default portal to pycasemanger7 which behaves correctly where you can up and close a case and come back to the screen where you originally opened that case.
Ideally I would like to be able to do this with all access groups/operators.
Cosmos uses (and must use) a single page dynamic container (like the User portal with UI Kit and not the Manager Portal). This is why you will not see close buttons configured in the standard Cosmos harnesses. The intension would be to navigate using the left hand pane to the page you require rather than closing the existing one.
