PEGA CSSA 87V1 certificate is not showing in my profile

I have completed my PEGA CSSA 87V1 on 9th september,2023 and i got the score report on the same day but still the certificate is not showing in my profile.

Please check the PDN account details that you’ve provided to PearsonVUE is matching with your current account. If not then please merge your accounts into one.

Ideally the badge will reflect in a week and its not so immediate.

also check once with which account you have completed your cssa exam you can check that info in pearson vue

if you have switched organisations and used different perason accounts then better merge your accounts in pega so that u can see all your certificates under one roof

also i recommend use a same email if possible or update the pearson account with new email

Please raise it with Pega Academy so that they’ll rectify it backend.
