Pearson VUE account email addess listed on your Pega account ?
The email ID for your Pearson VUE account has to be listed on your Pega account - either as the primary or alternate email address.
If they are not both the same, please update mail id in Pega(primary or secondary) whatever you have used in your Pearson Vue account.

Is your primary email ID of your Pega account same as what you provided in Pearson Vue while registering for the exam?
