PEga CS 25, Idle interactions are not getting cleared from CSR queue once in a while

Hi , CSR wraps up or when interaction gets resolved, sometimes Idle conversation remain stuck in the CSR’s queue , pls suggest how to remove this I case as system dont assign new chat till it gets cleared, thanks
