Pega Cloud trail back to baseline

Hi,

Is there a way to reset my existing Pega Cloud trial environment back to its baseline state?

I’m encountering an error when creating a new application from a Blueprint. The error message states that the operator is in a bad state during the build process:

Current operator is in a bad state. Please address validation issues and try again.
Failed to restore original access group state during application creation.
PRException
.pyBlueprintData.pyDADInfo.pyCandidateCaseTypes(1): Branch ruleset not candidate.

I don’t need to keep the existing applications, so resetting to baseline would be ideal. Alternatively, I could request a new trial environment using an alias email, but I’d prefer to know if there’s a way to completely reset the current environment.

Resetting your Pega Cloud trial environment to its original baseline state isn’t directly supported. You can address this issue by Resetting the operator to default setting

You need to use Reset to operator default settings.

Thank you for your suggestion. I performed the reset to restore the operator to the default settings, but unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the issue.
I’ve decided to proceed with a new registration and an alias email address.

Thanks Soham! But I did perform the reset but that didn’t solve the problem.
But I’ve gone for the new registration.
