Error appears upon logging to pega trial version "Unable to execute OIDC flow : Error authenticating user, contact administrator"

Hi Team,

Iam able to see error message as below

“Unable to execute OIDC flow : Error authenticating user, contact administrator” when clicked on my pega trial version.

Please resolve this. Iam unable to login to pega trial version and unable to do my tasks

For this specific error, this is the troubleshooting on the FAQ page:

This error typically occurs when incorrect changes are made to OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication process.

To resolve this issue, simply reset your operator to the original default settings. This will reset your user to the shipped values and allow you to start over in a new application.

To reset the operator to default settings:

  1. Power on your Community Edition trial, if necessary.
  2. In the lower-right corner of the Community Edition trial card click the Actions menu card, and then click Reset Operator to default settings.

after doing the reset can we get access of application which i have already created in the community server?

I tried it on my system, and it did not impact our existing application that we created earlier; it simply resets your ID.
