Before upgrade the pega support team must have taken a backup of the environment.
You can always raise another CC request which will basically ask pega support to rollback the application to the older checkpoint, i.e., before upgrade.
Pega takes auto backup till the last 30 days. If you raise a Cloud Change ticket and ask them to rollback to the exact date and time, they will be able to do so. But its always recommended to upgrade to the highest available version. You can find more info about backup here:
