Hello, I cleared PEGA certification on 18th July 2024, but still I neither can see the certificate under my profile in Pearson VUE nor received any email with the certificate. Please send me the certificate.
Please wait upto 10 business days for your profile to be updated. If the Pega ID provided to Pearson VUE matches, then raise a ticket with Pega Academy here after the SLA completes.
@SohamM95, I contacted to Pearson VUE they shared this link and told I need raised my query here. Now you are asking go somewhere else.
Please share some constructive solution. I am a candidate, I did my certification after paying the amount. Now either Pearson VUE or PEGA should take care of the certificate.
Please share the details of point of contact or raised this issue to concern person.
This portal is a discussion forum for Pega technologists to share ideas and queries on Pega technology. This is not the right place to ask for personal certification issues. Also, I’m not supposed to provide you correct solutions as I’m from a Pega partner. I’ve already provided the link on my first comment on where to contact, its upto you if you want to follow it.
there is no need to panic as you have completed the certification and have the marks sheet with you.
Till you get the certificate from pega you can use that as a proof for your certificate completion status.
Generally pega takes a bit time to get that reflected under your account.
Also your marks sheet you can get from your Pearson VUE account.
As said by my fellow friend we are also like you pega partners who are working in this technology quite long. this forum is mainly to get help on pega technical problems that you face in your day to day implementation.
