Pega Call support for Cisco WebexCCE

Hi,

I could not find in the documentation which version(s) of Cisco WebexCCE is supported by Pega Call 7.4 and Pega Call 8.8.3.

Also does Pega Call support CTI encryption over GED- 188 (TLS 1.2)?

Can someone please advise?

I received an answer via a support ticket:

Pega Call 8.8.3 supports Cisco Finesse versions 11.5+:

TLS 1.2 was added in the CS 8.6.x timeframe, so it is not available in Pega Call 7.4. Additionally, Pega Call 7.4 was released several years prior to Webex CCE being released, so it has not been officially tested or officially supported in that version
