We wanted to know if it’s possible to override pyDetails css to alter the position of widget components within pyDetails layout. For example we are currently utilising the banner widget from UI Gallery at the top of our primary tab (Customer)'s full page view and we would like to place it instead between pyCaseWorkarea and the tabs’s full page views. Additionally we are utilising the next best actions widget which out of the box appears on the lower LHS of pyDetails and we would like to move it to the lower RHS of pyDetails below the utilities view.
@HollyG17369606 there are parts of ootb portal that do not support customization, some component are part of design system and should not be modified. IF you require your own portal and to control the user experience with your own design system then SDKs might be an option for you.
IF you are using Infinity '25, you might also want to check out the new Self Service Portal capabilities. It won’t control this but does allow you to simplify the view if you are looking for alternative Out-of-the-Box consumptions of a case view.
