Create a new casetype by clicking on Add case type then getting pyLabel :Update record failed : Rule Already exists error and the case type is not getting created

The error message “Update record failed: Rule Already exists” suggests that there might be a conflict with an existing rule. This could be due to a stale class rule or a product bug. You could try checking for stale class rules and removing them, or having an unlocked ruleset version when creating the case type
