I am not able to add the landing pages in the APP studio.
Portal → Landing pages - The system is showing the dialog box which says login is required.
Application is setup properly with traditional UI. I have tried with the preview application->Design mode, but could not find the UI pages option in app studio.
Are you using any SSO login?

Yes it is an SSO login. It automatically logs in from your Pega Community login. Try to login from a new bowser session and from there open the instance from My Trials.
Can you please check with the incognito browser?
