NBAD is not accessible in pega acedemy

I am learning Pega CDH in pega academy. From Customer Decison Hub portal, When i am navigating from Next Best Action ----> Designer, it is displaying Error: There has been issue; please consult your system admininstrator. Can somebody please let me know how to get rid of this.

@umesh kumar kamble Have you inspected the pega logs and does it provide more information about the error?
