End-to-end Pega Customer Decision Hub Implementation Release '23

Greetings,

I was starting the End-to-end Pega Customer Decision Hub Implementation mission in Pega Academy for the latest Release '23. On clicking the links to initialize the Dev and BOE environments, I am receiving an “Access Denied” message.

Please note that if I select version 8.8 from the drop down and then click on the links it works fine.

Could you please assist in resolving this.

@PallavSarangi if you wish to report a Pega Academy VM issue could I ask that you first check the Pega Academy FAQ pages?

If the scenario is not detailed there, can you use the Contact Us which is described in the FAQ?

" If you are having technical issues with a Pega instance, please contact the Pega Academy support team."
