I wanted to inform that when I go to training and click on the Pega Customer Service Mission, then it tells me I don’t have access to it. But 1 week earlier I was going through the course. I wanted to know what happened that my access is revoked and that too for only Customer Service Mission only. PFA the screenshot for the error I am facing.
I raised a ticket regarding it (REQ-950355) with Pega, but Pega Support only said I don’t have access to it.
I wanted to know what’s the reason behind it and what happened suddenly that the access is getting denied. I hope I get a reply from Pega on this.
The screenshot you attached shows you are trying to access Pega Customer Service 24.2. This version course is visible only to Pega staff. You are a Partner . Was this not explained to you in REQ-950355?
Where did you get that URL from? Did you navigate to this course from your own assigned profile - your assigned course should not have automatically switched you to the 24.2 version.
I agree with Marije; shopping for a different answer in the Support Center will not help
As I noted in the REQ case and Marije noted here, the mission version you are referencing is restricted to Pega internal only for now. You will be able to access this version of the mission when it is made available to Partners or to the general Public.
@MarijeSchillern Yes the link you provided for V3 is working fine for me. Just wanted to inform that I havent got the link from anybody/anywhere, Its by default opening the V4 link when we click on Pega Customer service mission from Pega academy.
