NBAA is not working as desired and narrated in the url:
I am not able to get service case suggestions from CDH.
Becuase the ActionID is being passed as IssueAction (Ex: If issue is Retention then ActionID is “RetentionAction”
Where as the accademy link suggests as mentioned in the link : Service case suggestion with Customer Decision Hub | Pega Academy
Please check… The version is 8.5
