Name update

I have recently completed the CSSA and CSA but the name present in the certificate is not my full name.

So I updated my profile with full name and now I want my full name to be present on the certificates rather than the previous name.

In short, how can I get my certificates with updated name?

@ANKIT KUMAR MANDAL please could you take a look at the Pega Academy FAQ pages? The details can be found there

Under Verify a Pega Certification there is a question ‘The name on my certificate is wrong. How can I change the name?’

A: The name printed on the certificate comes from the name in your PearsonVUE account. Contact PearsonVUE to update the name in your account.

Under Manage your Pearson VUE account there is a question 'The name on my certificate is not correct’.

A: If the name on your certificate is not correct, login to your Pearson VUE account and edit your account details.

→ Please use your Pearson Vue account to correct the name.

@MarijeSchillern Tq for the suggestion but I have already contacted the Pearson vue and they replied by saying that “we can’t edit your name by ourself” and when I asked them to update name on certificate, they answered saying to contact pegasystems and also gave this link “http//www.pega.com/trainings/certifications”

I have been just moving b/w these two companies but there is no final solution…

@ANKIT KUMAR MANDAL we now see that there is an update which needs to be done from our end.

We will update you once it is resolved, many thanks for your patience.

@ANKIT KUMAR MANDAL Hi Ankit,

The name displayed on your Pega certificates is taken from your candidate record in Pearson VUE.

I see your candidate record in Pearson VUE uses your first name, middle initial, and last name. If you want to display your full name on your certificates, contact Pearson VUE Customer Service and update your candidate record so your full middle name is used instead of the initial.

Please remember that the name on your Pearson VUE candidate record must match the name on your official government-issued ID.

@eddie.jm Hlo. I have already contacted Pearson vue and got my name updated according to my gov ID. So now to get my name updated on my certificates, they said to contact PEGA systems. That’s why I’m here. I want my name to be updated on my existing certificates

@MarijeSchillern Hello i to have the same problem and i have changed edited my name in peason view account can you please change it in my certificate

@eddie.jm Hello Eddie

@MarijeSchillern Hey, what’s the progress on my issue? Will it be resolved(i.e. update my name in both my certificates)

@ANKIT KUMAR MANDAL our Pega Academy team is still looking into this and are looking to have the names correctly displayed on the certificates. I have asked that they provide an update once this is done.

@ANKIT KUMAR MANDAL Hi Ankit,

I am working on resolving this issue. I will report back when I have a solution. We apologize for the inconvenience.

@eddie.jm Hi Ankit,

You should be all set now. Go to your Pega account profile page and download the certificates.

Let me know how you get along.

@HemanthKumarI16760486 Hi Inapakurthi,
