Hi, I need to update my PCSA certificate to reflect my legal name. I’ve had my legal name changed and I’ve already contacted a PearsonVUE CSR to change my name in the PearsonVUE account. This change has already been done.
However, the Pega Certificate in My Profile points to the incorrect (previous) name.
A similar case was attended in the following Pega Support thread: Name update . Several CSRs from PearsonVUE insisted that name changes in the certificate have to be handled through pega support. I’ve had a few tickets opened by Pega Support but they don’t attend the issue, they get closed automatically as soon as it has anything to do with PearsonVUE, I’m pointed at them, with no chance to follow up on the issue. That’s why I’m opening an issue through this channel.
As seen in the pointed thread, and as pointed by the PearsonVUE CSRs, the name in my certificate needs to be handled by Pega Support. Would you please help me update it?
