My score report shows perfectly alright but when I see the certificate one small mistake in there in my name one word is missing. How to update the name in the certificate

I have already update the Pearson vue also nut still not update the in my certificate. Actually my name is Srinivas Aanabathula in my certificate Srinivas Anabathula, One A word missing in my Sure name. Can you please help me out. I am going to attached screen short of pearson vue details.

the name on your certificate comes from your Pega account profile. I see your name (in your Pega profile) as srinivas anabathula.
You need to update your Pega account. See the FAQs for how to manage your Pega account, including how to edit your name.
Hi Eddie Thank you for response, I have login in to Pega account, I went to my profile page and I am going to edit option
page I have tried to update but didn’t workout. I am going to attached what’s showing error. I have corrected all those contact information but there is no workout, I have tried so many times. can you please find the attached of error image file. Can you help me out about this issue.
@srinivasa2869 Hi Srinivas, the phone number you provided seems to be the issue. Submit a request and ask the Accounts team to help you correct the spelling of your name. Then, you should be able to download a certificate with the correct spelling.
