Mistakenly I have merged the account client and personal email id. I wanted them to be seperate account.

I added client mail id as an alternate mail for an existing account rather than making a new PDN account with a client mail ID. I tried using my client’s email address to create an account, but it showing as already existed. Please assist me with this.

Use your personal email ID and add it as an alternate mail for the existing account. After its added, the you can remove your client email from the alternate list.

I have removed my alternate client email id to my existing account and tried creating a new account with my client id but showing as already existing email id.

I missed to state that it’s not personal it’s the company email id

Can you check the email IDs being displayed in My Profile>My Settings?
