Locking For Parent Child Case

Hi All,

I have some scenarios :

Scenario1 :- When operator is working on Child case, Lock should be acquired on Parent case. How to configure this in Pega Dev studio? So no operator can work on Parent case.

Scenario2:- When operator is working on Parent case, Lock should be acquired on all Child cases of Parent. How to configure this in Pega Dev studio? So that no operator can work on any child case.

Scenario 1- Please uncheck this option to lock the parent when the child acquired the lock (Attached screenshot).

That’s correct and this configuration is available ONLY when you select default locking (only one user can access the case).
