We have encountered an unusual issue in Pega Constellation 25.1 while working with Smart Dispute Agentic Automation.
Issue Description
We need to display the view conditionally under case 360 tab in service case level. However, when we apply a custom When condition to control the visibility of the view, it does not work as expected.
Interestingly:

When we use an OOTB When condition and modify its logic to match our custom condition, the section displays correctly when the condition is satisfied.

But when the same logic is implemented as a new custom When condition (with a different name) and referenced, the view does not render.
Additional Details
- These tabs are embedded using an OOTB page property configured as Composite with the reference class PegaCS-Work-Interaction.
Can we know is there any kind of configuration when we are using new custom when condition for a tab view which are embedded using a Page property.
