I am trying to add newly created Insight on the home page. But I am unable to see it in the insights list while adding. Do I have to do any other configuration to be visible in Insights list?
Could you please confirm the access setting configured for the Insight?
Public: Any user with access to the portal can view the Insight, while administrators can edit it.
Private or Shared: Only users who have been granted access can view the Insight, and those users can also edit it.
If the Insight is configured as Private or Shared, that could be the reason it is not appearing in the list for other users.
Hi @RameshSangili , Insight is configured as Public. I am not able to configure that Insight in Home Page. While I am trying to configure Insight in pyHome Page, some insights are not showing me to configure.
Given its newly created, I’m thinking it might be a caching issue. Have you tried logging out / closing browser and trying again?
