I'm unable to launch my profile page

Dear team,

When I click on my profile from my pega academy, I’m getting requested page not available.

Please check and help me on this

Try logging off and logging back in again, ensure 3rd-party cookies are enabled in your browser. If it fails then raise a ticket to Pega here.

two weeks ago I have update my name from Shaiks3145 etc to my full name in my profile, after that update only I am unable to launch my profile page in my portal, How to fix this issue?
