I am not able to get the Not able to get the profile details in the Pearson portal

I am able to login to the pega academy portal.

Hi @MounikaG4934

Your Pearson account and Pega account are different. Please note that all your certifications are linked to your Pearson account. If your primary or secondary email in Pega matches the one used in Pearson, you will be able to see your certificates easily in your Pega account.
