None of my certification details are visible on my Profile (Primary). My Pearson Vue account has a different email ID. I am trying to add that as the alternate email address. But I am not able to merge.
I have raised multiple requests to merge the two accounts. But I have got only automated replies and nothing has happened so far. How do I get this done ? Pls help.
