Certification not reflecting in portal

My certification not reflected in portal.i cleared CSA on June 7th 2024.its been 8 working days.please help on this

Your Pearsonvue and Pega PDN Mail are both the same?

If they are not both the same, please update mail id in Pega(primary or secondary) whatever you have used in your Pearson Vue account.

Pega - Sign In click on My Setting Gear Icon and Update

Can somebody from pega support team please look into this as its been two weeks i completed my certification but still certification not reflecting in the portal.

Thing is u need to check whether the mail IDs present in pdn is having the email id which u have provided to Pearson while registering.

Let me know if you face any issues.

The email IDs (for Pega account and Pearson VUE account) do NOT have to be the same.

You can use separate email IDs. The thing is, the email ID for your Pearson VUE account has to be listed on your Pega account - either as the primary or alternate email address.
