I am not able to add any module or Pega mission in my profile so that I can come back at it later.
@Khushbud2319 Please validate once your logged in session is active. You can click on + icon in Mission to dashboard and you can see the mission added to the dashboard (https://academy.pega.com/dashboard)
Login with an incognito window and try again. Else raise a ticket here.
