i Want more information about Pega

1 - Pricing:
First off all, your pricing page is not clear, i don’t get it, do i have to pay at least 500 users based on a 3-year term yearly payment ? and what is “no child cases” ?
and what is “Additional users available in blocks of 100” ? these questions same for the cases.

2- features:
does pega have the ability to collect replies, comments from social media services and insert it in one place so the commuinty team can work very fast and very efficiently and know what comments are replaid to or not ?
i heared there is live chat with the customer, does pega have the ability to save the audio of the Conversation made with the customer?
can i get the information about when did the user stop at in the page, where he lost his interest on the page ?

and what about vendor lock in pega ? if i want to end my membership with pega am i able to get my application’s code and host it somewhere else and be fully functionable ? what langauge do they use?
these are my questions now maybe later will be more questions .

I’m pretty sure that yesterday I responded to your duplicate question does Pega have Vendor lock ? that this type of pricing and licensing information is not something you should be asking on an open Product Discussion Community forum.

Why are you not using our Sales Enquiry form as I suggested? That way you can get the correct information straight from the Pega team who know the answers?
