I scheduled a report from report manager portal but I didn’t receive any report after specified time at the same time after scheduled time need send email also.
When the report is scheduled, PRPC uses the email account “Default” of account type “Notify “ for sending the emails to the specified users. Hence, follow the below steps and forward the information requested.
- Verify that the email account “Default” of account type “Notify” is working fine (test connectivity)?
- If yes, enable the debug logging on the following class and replicate the issue “Rule_Obj_Activity.pyActionSendMailReporting.Embed_ScheduledTask_OutputProcessing.Action”
- Replicate the issue and forward us the following information to comment further.
a)Screenshots of the Default email account
b)Pega rules log files for the period of issue replication.
