When the report is scheduled, PRPC uses the email account “Default” of account type “Notify “ for sending the emails to the specified users. Hence, follow the below steps and forward the information requested.

  • Verify that the email account “Default” of account type “Notify” is working fine (test connectivity)?
  • If yes, enable the debug logging on the following class and replicate the issue “Rule_Obj_Activity.pyActionSendMailReporting.Embed_ScheduledTask_OutputProcessing.Action”
  • Replicate the issue and forward us the following information to comment further.
    a)Screenshots of the Default email account
    b)Pega rules log files for the period of issue replication.
