Sending a Report without using Job Schedular

Hi Guys,

Without using Job Schedular can we send a report to the particular user/manager on a particular time same as job schedular

Hi YerniKumar,

Yes We can send Report to the particular user/manager on a particular time Scheduling the Report in Portal ,mention the time and give the manager/User operators email than save then report is send to Particular user/manager.

In reports you will have schedule option so that you can send a mail to a particular user at a particular time.

If you’re triggering the report from a case, the you can use SLA to trigger it.
