In Pega CS Constellation 24.2.4, the Compose Email action appears in the action menu of service cases/interactions only when it’s enabled via App Studio → Control Panel → Engagement Channels → Email → Email Settings → “Enable outbound Email”.
However, this action is not available as a case-wide or stage-wide action-level option.
Could some one please advise how to set the visibility for the out-of-the-box Compose Email action so it can be used at the case-wide or stage-wide level based on certain conditions (like disable when case is in New status)?
