How to set an environment status in pega daignostic cloud.

Hi,

We have multiple environments that are integrated with PDC for monitoring purposes. We can see that the DSS settings of PDC for all the environments are the same.

But in PDC we observed that status of few environments are showing disconnected though all the environments are available. Can someone help on this.

@KalyanD11 - here is a support doc that can help you with troubleshooting PDC connectivity:

The systems in “disconnected” state might have wrong DSS set.
